"A Masterclass in Incompetence and Ghosting" This company has incompetent people working for them as brokers, its impossible to actually reach someone in this insurance so called company as the brokers are never anywhere to be found when needed! Do not go with this company my girlfriend was with them they reported her for non payment even though she had paid them and then sent her an over payment check back and told her there is nothing they can do about the report they falsely made for no reason so now her insurance is WAY more expensive and has to be paid upfront because it shows that she has a non payment even though she over paid absolutely ridiculous and would STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Like Jo-Sheena I would give 0 stars at this point. I had an accident 2 weeks ago. I felt okay at the time of the accident, but the next day was horrible. I have tried calling, leaving voice messages, staying on the claims line for way too long, and emailing. I've been hung up on and ghosted. Very disappointed. I have been a long time client of Economical and have never had this poor of service.
