Like Jo-Sheena I would give 0 stars at this point. I had an accident 2 weeks ago. I felt okay at the time of the accident, but the next day was horrible. I have tried calling, leaving voice messages, staying on the claims line for way too long, and emailing. I've been hung up on and ghosted. Very disappointed. I have been a long time client of Economical and have never had this poor of service.
Terrible company to deal with. They gouge you to death on your premium year after year with no claims and no missed payments. Don’t bother with these guys.
If I could rate no stars, I would. I finally got a call back from my insurance adjuster today, Jan 16. My accident was on Nov 23. She is the second adjuster on my accident. The first didn’t call me back over the 5 weeks she was in charge but with every message I left, I was advised they would get back to me in 24 hours. I have been told to return my rental car tmr. I still don’t have a settlement amount nor a payout. The adjuster asked for the insurance info of the other person involved in the accident on Dec 31 via email. I... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Its like no one works here. Gotnin an accident over a month ago and no one has called me. No manager will call back. I've gotten confirmation my.car is getting fixed by text and email - unprofessional. My adjuster hasnt been in the office in over a month either and those handling her files dont call either.... worst insurance company snd I've dealt with BCs ICBC and thought they were bad, economical turned and said hold my beer and won 1st place in being the worst to deal with
