This company is a joke. I waited on hold for the guy to tell me he didnt have access to change my mailing address, but yet they are the sending me mail to my old address...this make no sense.

Stay away from this company. Broke and cheap. A complete disaster. I have a home insurance with this company, and it’s been a complete disaster. They completely want to ruine the aesthetic value of my house with poor and extremely cheap solutions. The adjusters and staff are unprofessional, unresponsive, and not trained to handle claims properly.
