This is by far the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. There is absolutely no communication, the customer service is terrible, and the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They never return calls or emails, and you’re left completely in the dark with no updates or accountability. If you value your time, sanity, or money, stay far away from this company. They will make what’s already a stressful situation ten times worse. I wish I can give them a zero star.

I was super nervous when I had to make a claim recently on my car because of the extremely poor reviews and what I know of Economical in the past but I had extremely great service with Asiful A. as my claims manager. He took care of my claim in a very timely manner and with care. Everything went incredibly smooth and repairs and everything was wrapped up quickly. I feel much better about me having insurance with Economical. I hope more people can have good experiences moving forward.
I have been insured with Economical for a few years now. Last year I was rear ended at a red light and had to work with Economical to get my car repaired. It is over a year now since I took my car into their preferred vendor, Fix Auto. It has been an absoluter nightmare dealing with Fix Auto and Economical has been no help whatsoever. Very responsive and straightforward answers. The only down side with this is, broker (Surex,Veronica that is very aggressive and treathening with emails) One of the best insurer on the market. Recommend with out broker! I think that is my next step.
