DO NOT RECOMMEND! Management demonstrated a profound lack of professionalism, compounded by consistently poor customer service. From the initial filing of the claim through its final resolution, the assigned adjuster was condescending, dismissive, and exhibited an unacceptable level of arrogance. The entire process was unnecessarily frustrating and reflected a blatant disregard for basic standards of customer care. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
This company struggles to communicate and have no idea what to do when it comes to claims for young adults. Shawn Vinayagamoorthy lefty us with no information for 10 days while on vacation and then proceeded to not answer or take any calls from us. Poor customer service, avoid at all cost. They struggled to communicate how to set up a rental car for us and decided to force us to get our own rental and the payout was $35 a day max payout. Really $35 a day? Im being quoted $900 min. Its unfortunate.
Stay away from Economical. We needed insurance for my wife's condo we would be renting to tenants after we got married. This is the first time it was being insured, and we were only getting the insurance because it was required by our property management company. We definitely told them it was being rented to tenants, but, a small claim a few years later we discovered they put it down as owner occupied in the fine print. Worst insurance ever, they have workers who know nothing , rakhshita is the worst asvisor ever stay away from them . Literaly so frustrated with them.
don’t work with the lowest scam of insurance - They increased my rate mid-year, and, of course, I had to wait 1 hour on hold to understand why. The first person couldn’t see why it changed, and the second one was so unhelpful that she couldn’t find an answer, so she put me back on the waiting list.
