I would give 0 stars if possible. My premium almost doubled shortly after the policy was implemented, with no clear communication or explanation. The billing process was extremely confusing. I received 3 to 4 letters, each showing different amounts due. After canceling the policy, I paid the balance requested, only to receive 4 more letters weeks later with 4 different balances. Stay away from Economical Insurance! It has been exactly one month since my accident (0% at fault), and my car is still not fixed. For just one door and a fender, they are making me wait until May 6th! As a professional Uber driver, my car is my only livelihood. I never write reviews, but I feel like I need to. This is the absolute worst insurance company ever. Kelvin Duong (my claims representative) has been completely useless this entire process. I was in a minor accident nearly 4 MONTHS ago & I haven’t even gotten an estimate for the damage yet. I am 0% at fault for the accident. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Management demonstrated a profound lack of professionalism, compounded by consistently poor customer service. From the initial filing of the claim through its final resolution, the assigned adjuster was condescending, dismissive, and exhibited an unacceptable level of arrogance. The entire process was unnecessarily frustrating and reflected a blatant disregard for basic standards of customer care. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
