The secretary is absolutely an ignorant public service rep.. unreal and down right ignorant.... you dont like your job lady I suggest you find another job.... and as for hanging up on me when all was trying to do was get you to put me through economicals payment dept.... and trying to explain to you that my policy is 2 years old and I couldnt remember my BROKER as for your ignorance makes me sure wonder why you are even working for a company
I had my car and home insurance through this company. I moved so I owed some money after the policy changes. They sent this notification through the mail, which I never got. They then cancelled my policy. No phone call, no email. No informing my broker. Just a letter in the mail that touches many hands and has the possibility of getting lost many times. So now any quote I get is much higher than before because if this policy cancelation. Just ridiculous!!
Terrible phone service walks you in circles connects to no one. Need to hire a person to direct you to someone who can actually help.
One the most disastrous insurance I have ever seen, plus the company is unfaithful and they are not following the procedure which they are supposed to, and who ever read this comment please don’t purchase any insurance from them!
