I wish I had read the reviews about this company beforehand. It seems almost everyone has had a bad experience with the follow-up on their claims, and that’s exactly what happened to us. We had to call multiple times, only to be told the opposite of what we were told a month earlier. There was a clear lack of professionalism from Elna Jean and Richard Daigneault
J'ai souscrit mon assurance chez Youset, mais la compagnie qui la gère est Economical. Lorsque j'ai essayé d'accéder à mon dossier pour payer, ni Economical ni Youset n'ont pu m'apporter de solution. Personne n'était au courant, et le montant facturé était exorbitant. C'EST LA PIRE COMPAGNIE D'ASSURANCE.
Après mon expérience, je comprends vraiment les avis négatifs sur Economical. Prix "correct" au départ, mais dès qu’il faut faire une réclamation, (ma 1e en 10 ans) ça se complique : délais tres longs, difficulté à obtenir des réponses claires et impression de devoir constamment relancer et QUI? COMMENT? Le service client manque de suivi et la gestion des dossiers et frustrante pour ne pas dire inexistante. Bref, quand tu en as vraiment besoin, l’expérience n’est pas au rendez-vous mais pas du tout!
J'ai fais une réclamation le 16 octobre 2025 a ce jour le 11 mars 2026 j'attends mon paiement
Got screwed royally by this insurance company, bought a new car and had a collision on the highway not my fault, had dashcam videos for proof and they tell me I’m at fault for someone who is stalled on the highway, do not go with this insurance unless you have no other options.
