Worst company ever. Especially dealing with Bethany….dont EVER!!! Get insurance with these people. Careless, arrogant, rude, selfish. Dealing waiting for months for a settlement with no end in site. Absolutely the worst company ever. Hope they go bankrupt and shut down.
I was in a not at fault accident over 4 weeks ago and Economical hasn't done a single thing. Economical hasn't sent proof of coverage to the adjuster so I'm paying out of pocket for my rental car even though I have rental car coverage. My vehicle is still sitting in the tow yard and has not been assessed so I have no idea if it is repairable or will be written off. It took almost 2 full months to finally get paid since someone hit me on the highway. My agent was always sick but no one else could talk to me so I had to wait several days for her and the slow appraisal of the vehicle.
