Over priced poor communication wouldn't release my paperwork to another tax agent until I paid there inflated bill that I didn't know about until I requested another tax agent and said here is the bill. And top it off didn't release my paperwork to a courier my new tax agent had to drive to them ridiculous. Avoid.

Great service, Great knowledge of their business and a very enjoyable relaxing environment. An experience often to lost with your government tax agency's.
The worst service I have ever received anywhere. Persistent delays, non-return of communications, and blaming the customer. Avoid at all cost!
