I can't say anything about the price, because honestly I have no idea since my home warranty is covering the costs, but as a stay at home mom I have dealt with many repair people who are, for lack of better words, creepy and sketchy. The serviceman sent to my house, Mike, was very polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and definitely not creepy or sketchy. I would certainly recommend this business to my friends in need of appliance repair.

I hired economic appliance to fix my oven. Biggest mistake ever. The next day I was making tortillas and the oven caught fire and within an hour my house burned down. Thanks essay now I have no place to live. Guess I'll have to go back to Mexico :(

These guys don't know how to fix diddly squat. They are like having the three stooges in your home. Honestly a monkey could do a better job fixing a washing machine. Well at least a motivated monkey with a top hat and a cane. The first time I used my washing machine after they "fixed" it there was an explosion and water and soap went everywhere. If you don't want your home destroyed avoid them.

Brenda in customer service is a huge help – Still have a problem with my oven, but Brenda has gone above and beyond to help us out and has someone coming tomorrow. She is fantastic!

Awful – I called and made an appointment to have my washer looked at. They made an appointment for between 12 and 5. My husband took the day off work to wait for the repairman. Instead of coming to our house as arranged, they called my cell phone. I missed the call, but called the office within 20 minutes of their call. They told me the repairman was 'no longer in my area' and so wouldn't be coming at all that day! I explained that my husband had taken off work to be there and they couldn't have cared less. I was very unhapp... read more

Great Service – We have Fisher and Payat washer and dryer, which are made in New Zealand, so we were a little skeptical about a brokered service company, but Jake, the technician they sent out, was very knowledgeable about the product, fixed it in a few minutes, but went on to inspect the entire washer before he left. The company responded quickly, charged only the service call fee, and were there the next day. We are very pleased.
