I had a great experience at Mr. Lube, thanks to Madan. I went in for a tire with a slow leak. Before I even left, they realized the issue hadn’t been fully fixed and immediately addressed it properly. Because of the extra time it took, Madan made sure the repair was completed free of charge, which I really appreciated. Mistakes can happen, but the honesty and accountability shown here really stood out. Excellent customer service and professionalism
