Immanuel was really helpful at kiosk
The only reason for the low service score is their tv service is all but useless. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Price is reasonable.
Update: Now the hotel has fully denied a refund, so I'm out $170 because they would not let me inspect the room before I decided to stay. Never staying at ANY Motel 6 anywhere again if they allow this! Apparently Expedia doesn't care enough to resolve it correctly. Earlier in our vacation we had a problem (dirty sheets and missing pillows and towels) at another Motel 6 in another state.
