Ordered waste oil heater in August, it is Dec 13th & still have not received. Have called every week (sometimes twice a week) since late August. Every response from Omni, without exception, was a lie! I was given a delivery date - it never showed up (wasn't built yet!) They told me it was on the shipping dock (it was't) they told it was shipped (it wasn't) they gave me a tracking # (it was a false #), etc, etc. Call me before you buy anything from this company.
