DO NOT HIRE THESE LIARS! Their service is total trash! Wished Yelp would give a choice for negative stars! Absolute garbage for a company that has been in business for as long as they say they have been! This is a classic example of when a company gets too big and all they care about is quantity and careless about quality or their customers! Save you money and headaches go with someone else!

There service is not that great and they have no customer service acumen. They fertilize your yard in the spring if you pay in advance for the winter months. I only pay for the service in the winter to get the fertilizer because the yard does not needing cutting. They call to ask if you want to pay in advance. This year they did not call so I don't get fertilizer. They insist they called but I'm absolutely positive they didn't call. I will be looking for someone with better service and better customer service.

Scheduled an appt. date. Was Assured someone would come by to give estimate so my check would be ready. Never came! I called back two days before appt. Was assured again of appt and someone to come for estimate. No estimate and never showed up to mow! Terrible way to do business!

I called Econocuts to start mowing my yard. I paid them for 5 weeks in advance. The yard already needed mowing but they scheduled for a week later on a Saturday. They did not show up and did not call to tell me why, I have cancelled with them and demanded a refund.

I called Econocuts last week and told them my previous lawn service had not shown up for 2 weeks and PRE-PAID them for a month of service. They did not show up on the scheduled day. When I called to find out why I was told because the lawn was overgrown. Really? Isn't that what you do - mow lawns? It wasn't that overgrown, but it will be by the time they come back out in another week so they want more money. What a scam!

Great value for the money – Econocuts is the best yardservice we've had. They are reliable, and affordable. The crew that worked our area last year was not the greatest, uneven cuts and leaves blown under our hedges. We called the company, and have had no problems since. I highly reccomend the service they provide.

You get what you pay for – I hired them to do my lawn and after three weeks I told them that their service was no longer needed. They used a mower that mowed grass to several different levels, and tried to blame it on my unlevel yard. Their mower relocates the cut grass, pine needles into flower beds and everywhere else but the trash bags that it should be placed in! Extremely Reliable – We have been customers of Econocuts for years. The are in and out very quickly and their customer service has always been great. For the price we pay I am extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend them. It certainly beats me having to do the lawn myself!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! – My husband and I started using Econocuts about 2 months ago. We requested that they always come out during the week and not before 8:00 a.m. Well of course they would come out about 7:00 a.m. We complained. So, they started coming right at 8:00. Then they started showing up at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings. We complained again stating that we did NOT want them out on weekends. So they came the next week on a Wednesday.
