If I could give it 0 stars I would, **************** and avoid using them at all cost. Scammers who scammed me out of $3500 on a lcl small food truck. Could explain the itemized bill and kept sending more invoices without explanation. ***** is working with my shipment and have yet to speak with her on the phone been calling for weeks!!! This is a nightmare and I dont see how they are still in business.

In 2020, I purchased four trailer axles from overseas. ECU Worldwide processed the shipment and required payment for their services before delivery. I paid their fee and received the shipment. Two and a half years later, I received a phone call from an ECU Worldwide representative stating that I have a remaining balance of $104. I explained that I... Bought machine from China with a shipping cost of 850 cif to New York using ecu worldwide. When the cargo arrived I new I would have to pay customs and duties plus a devanning and some other charges however, evu sent me a bill for $3900 to release it saying the cost was for stripping which is devanning The costs for devanning were paid to the container freight station which was a separate charge.
