We purchased a condo where the sliding glass doors had recently been tinted within 2 months of our purchase. We noticed a few imperfections with the film and Econo Tine did replace some of the film. When we asked about a piece that wasn't replaced we were told that the warranty is only for the original purchaser and they weren't going to replace any more.
