Had my house hold gear there for year and a bit ..1500 bucks I paided them...to see that I'm missing(stolen) alot of my camping gear and expensive clothing to find out they had people living on the units...and when I moved out the old guy on the front asked me when I wanted the big door closed is there anyone around the door . Didnt go check just asked....dont take a a strong mind to figure that out thats how they get in....as my unit was at the big door entrance...emailed them about it and of course no answer back...dont us... read more
As a customer of 6–7 years, this storage facility was an absolute nightmare. I came to Hamilton as a Teachers College student and worked in many community schools. When I last opened my unit, all of my belongings were covered in fecal matter and mold. The contamination was so severe that normal cleaning and disinfecting were useless. I had to purchase enzyme cleaners and hire professionals just to attempt to salvage anything. I removed what I could, but bringing those items home only created more problems, including ongoing ... read more
