My belongings were stolen here. Security is terrible and I even saw homeless people inside lockers. Completely unsafe avoid this place. The management (owner) clearly and manager chris does not take security seriously, cameras and staff presence are useless if theft is happening so openly. I trusted them with my valuables, and they completely failed. If you care about your things, do not use this storage.

I came in with my elderly mom who wanted to rent a storage unit as she is moving into a nursing home. We came in and we greeted by a tall bearded man who welcomed us with a warm smile and cheerful attitude. He made sure he went above and beyond to make sure the process was smoothly as possible! It was such a nice and refreshing experience, she was so satisfied by the end of it! I would recommend him to anyone. It was refreshing getting this level of customer service ☺️
