My sister went in for a simple oil change because the dash light came on. Paid $52. Asked about resetting the light and was told it would cost an additional $20.. what?? I've taken my cars to other quick oil change places and they automatically reset the light for FREE but this place wants $20? No, they figured they could screw over an older female customer.. she said no and instead my husband did it for her BUT in the process he sees that although they did in fact put in new oil but they did NOT replace the filter.
