The units themselves aren't amazing, but they are good if you need to store some inexpensive items for sure, reasonable prices. So my review would have been 3, maybe 3 and a half stars for "fair". Now, having said that, there is the customer service experience. For me, all of the ladies that work there are fantastic. Friendly, helpful and always so pleasant. So they alone get an extra 2 stars.
