The Technician was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company. This is my second time using this company for plumbing issues in different Units for Water Heaters.
Joe, the owner, came out on the 4th of July to clear our washer drain. His service was the best I have experienced in a home service. He was on time, ready to work, and answered some related plumbing concerns. I would recommend them without question for your plumbing needs.
Very reliable, on-time, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Fair and honest. The plumber was extremely helpful with information, did a perfect job installing new water heater and giving me advice on what to do/maintain. Even the office manager was amazingly helpful and responsive, keeping me advised of when they were arriving and taking care of my warranty. Econo-Rooter Plumbing was great! Nicole, in the office, is always very helpful and knowledgeable. William was super, he did the job in a very timely manner. We are very happy!
I had a few plumbing issues that needed to be taken care of promptly.I called made the appointment. William showed up gave me all the options. I scheduled the time to do all the repairs. He came back, he completed the work in a very timely manner and it was fairly priced. I would recommend this plumbing company to anyone.
