Recently we had an issue with a garbage disposal in our kitchen sink..We have a Service Plan on all our home appliances and after contacting them they recommended ECONO-ROOTER… who promptly came and installed a new one. The owner Joe Wassong was so wonderful… it was a tough job as the collar on the old unit had rusted and was very difficult to remove. Joe was wonderful,did a great job ,cleaned up everything and made a nightmare a breeze. I will highly recommend him.
The Technician was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company. This is my second time using this company for plumbing issues in different Units for Water Heaters.
Joe, the owner, came out on the 4th of July to clear our washer drain. His service was the best I have experienced in a home service. He was on time, ready to work, and answered some related plumbing concerns. I would recommend them without question for your plumbing needs.
Very reliable, on-time, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Fair and honest. The plumber was extremely helpful with information, did a perfect job installing new water heater and giving me advice on what to do/maintain. Even the office manager was amazingly helpful and responsive, keeping me advised of when they were arriving and taking care of my warranty.
