American Home Shield sent Econ-Rooter to repair or replace our garbage disposal. They were supposed to call and setup an appointment but instead they just showed up. The plumber turned the disposal on ,shined a light in it and then told my wife they would not replace it because it was still running even though it was making a very loud noise. I called American Home Shield and complained that the plumber did absolutely nothing for the service charge that I paid. AHS sent a different plumbing company. They called and set up an... read more
