The floors are dirty night staff rude brought us a broom to sweep the room ourselves. Pillows were small and only three of them, refrigerator dirty ,they also tried to take six hundred plus out of my account after already paying them. When I arrived. Would never recommend them. I have at other locations and always found rooms clean and staff friendly and helpful

I booked 3 rooms for a wedding we were attending on 2/14/26, got checked in, went to 2 of the 3 rooms that were ready, room 1 smelled like something died. room 2 had (BED BUGS). we immediately took pictures and notified the front desk. Priceline has been back and forth with the hotel, and they are refusing to give me a refund. here we are 3/9/26 they never even offered me other rooms that will be the last time I ever book a choice hotel or use Priceline. WHO WANTS TO STAY AT A HOTEL WITH BED BUGS

DIRTY!!! Please just don't! Don't wasted your time or money...... was the absolutely WORST experience my husband an I have even been in. Don't want your time to wasted like ours....... This hotel needs to be reported to the board of heath, I seriously do not know how this place is even in business! The word Dirty is being to nice! We walked in this hotel at after midnight ,because we got scammed at another hotel. It was a long night to say the lease but we walked in and the owner has there he was so kind and knew my husband grandbaby and I were just exhausted her told us to some sleep. This is a older hotel but to me I'd rather stay where owners and crew are respectful When we come back down they will be were I stay
