Decent location, clean rooms. A little expensive but everything is in that area, and they were more economical than most. They were honest and upfront that the room wouldn't be serviced while staying there. rooms have a balcony overlooking the river, which was nice. Laundry available, No breakfast. No complaints would stay there again.

Went down to pigeon Forge for our honeymoon we loved it we definitely will be back soon

We had a room with 2 queen beds. Really nice size room. Had small table and 2 small chairs. Nothing real comfortable to sit on in the room. Bathroom was super small, but shower was nice with hot water. Some water stains on walls and a few cracks but that doesn't bother us. Had a very small patio out back door. Price was great and would stay here again

This is not a luxury hotel and for the price I was n't expecting one. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and that was what I was looking for so it met out needs. There is no breakfast but when in the area we like to eat at one of the many fine breakfast spots. We just needed a place to sleep and it met out needs. The only con was there is no drawers to put your clothes in if you are staying more than one night
