The first thing we were met with were 2 men in the lobby, waiting to talk to the guy at the front desk about complaints they had. I had to disinfect everything with Lysol and disinfectant wipes. Didn't use the shower and if I were you I wouldn't. I didn't touch anything that I didn't have too. The guy at the front desk was horribly rude and ripped off my MIL. The room we were given, had blood stains on sheets, lamps had mold all over them, not to mention numerous holes punched in the walls, bathroom door had been kicked in. The entire property felt unsafe and smelled of weed. Not a safe place for a family stay.
The person at the front desk is not friendly at all. You can barely hear him, he talks so low behind the glass partioner
