After receiving my room on Monday July the 6th of 2026, the bath tub was filthy. The floor was nasty. There was animal feces on the floor. The entrance smelled of urine. Cleaning supplies were brought from the Dollar Tree and cleaning was conducted of the tub, toilet, and the floor. After informing the front desk employee, he said inform the general manager. Good service. Good location. Clean room. The room is somewhat dated and the towels were becoming thin. But overall, a decent experience. They do offer a small continental breakfast, which does not show on any website.

Payed for the first night with no problem with a third party apps prices, payed for the second night with my cash app card but they still charged my first card for the same night i already paid for with the cash app card then when i asked why was it charged twice they said your gonna have to wait for a manager whos 4 days out dont go here if you dont want your money taken

This guy right here at the front desk , most unprofessional and disgusting employee I’ve ever come across. His lack of professionalism stinks of privilege, as if to say no matter how he disregards his job and disrespects customers , he knows he won’t get fired. A simple conversation, customer to employee , he disregards and flips it into disrespect and letting the customer know I can cancel and go search down the road for other hotels , that type of dialogue to a customer unprovoked is ridiculous.
