Rooms adequate but could have done with a deep clean before allowing guests. A bit down on crockery etc but staff helpful in supplying anything missing. Communal areas (decking, bbq, pool) really needed a clean! Reasonable value for money if basic is good enough. Great location on edge of park and restaurant was excellent when open.
Beds were very comfy and the bedding was clean. The room overall was a bit dusty. I would stay here again.
We were in trouble requiring an EV charger since the NRMA chargers have been vandalised. The motel will not let you use their chargers unless you are staying on site.
Very bad service. We suppose to check out at 10 am but they pull all out stuff at 9:15.
