I was staying long term in hotel I am a disabled 62 year old in July the hotel moved me to a different room this room had bedbugs I found 2 in my bed the morning if Aug.b11 th and told front desk They moved me to another room and nothing else was said. When I *******information found hotel was supposed to refund me for the room reimburse for laundry replace any luggage and reimburse for any medical issues. I recently stayed at your Econo Lodge Baton Rouge University Area - Confirmation number 56696804. The stay was unbearable, and you purposely have no way for a customer to file a formal complaint with anyone in the United States. All support is outsourced overseas to save you money. You have a health issue at this property, and your customer support team wasn't able to help me find someone who could help resolve the problem for future guests. So last night my husband and I were staying at the hotel and we were getting undressed and relaxed when the hotel clerk came beating on our door saying he smells smoke!! Me or my husband dont smoke so the guy was like open the door my husband stated we were getting dressed!! He then tried to force himself in our room and came looking around and said if we didnt leave he was going to call the police!! This was by far my worst experience!! He was rude and was taking pictures and everything!! I was trying to rest before work

I am leaving a 2 star review only because my overall experience with this hotel has not been negative overall, and I have had some positive experiences with several members of the hotel staff.I travel between **************, ******* and ******* doing whole house cleanouts. Service was awful was told I was going to get a callback from the owner. Never got one back got overcharged got kicked off the property from a hotel stayer from the *** **** *** across the way very bad experience. This guest was kicked off property due to violent and aggressive behavior with front desk associate and being rude to guest at the hotel next door,He was very intoxicated. Disgusting Experience - Ants in the Bed! Avoid Comfort Inn & Suites Hillsville, VA We arrived at Comfort Inn & Suites in Hillsville, VA around midnight, completely exhausted. When we turned down the sheets to go to bed, we were horrified to find ants crawling all over the sheets, pillows, and mattress. That's right -- ants in the actual bed. I booked a room on *********** for this hotel. Went to check in and they asked to scan a card for incidentals. Scanned my card & got charged again for the room. Found the charge on my statements. The front desk was rude & denied the charge. Told me to email the manager. Emailed the manager. The general manager, ***** should really find a new place to work or a different industry to work in! After they're absolute disaster of a weekend as you can see in the other reviews, (because this general manager is clearly extremely incompitent) I go in today to get a full refund on my rooms that my guess were told " our system is down. We can't check you in, sorry" and nothing more, screwing them over at 11:00 p.m. on a Saturday night.
