Ms dot was super friendly made the check in very welcoming sweet lady
Nasty !! & nasty attitude at front desk . Go anywhere else . Rooms smell & are nasty. I needed a last min place to stay after driving all day . I got here at 3 in the morning , I called at 10 requesting a late checkout even 11:30. The girl was very rude and nasty no understanding & told me if you aren’t out at 11 we just call cops. Ummmm I will never stay at one of these again. I want my money back.
Dot was the attendant at the desk today. What a dynamic and helpful lady! She is the best resource this hotel has. She knows the area and is so sweet to share. Look for her. You'll be glad you did! Hope you see this, Dot. Thanks so much!
Dot at the counter was lovely and had good restaurant suggestions. Breakfast was okay. The room was good, though the ice machine wasn’t giving much ice - probably over-worked given the 91° temp.
