The rooms are that updated. The service is always available not always the happiest. I love Rehoboth Beach so it’s a great and affordable spot to stay for the night.

I am wildly surprised by some of these reviews. We needed a super last minute room due to a family emergency and we're visiting from Albany NY. For SIXTY TWO DOLLARS I got a whole apartment?!! With a balcony. Everything was spotless, the customer service was amazing and made everything super easy to navigate. This was way more than we expected!!! This hotel is centrally located to everything we needed And was super easy to find.
The only issue you will have are ignorant staff that have attitude problems it’s not like the old days where customer service is valued they hire anybody and the people have worked there for a long time so they treat you as they please knowing there will be no repercussions. Avoid if you like proper customer service during your stay I know people like these give some people the ick
