Horrible customer service with no management on duty. NEEDLE CAPS all over floor behind TV.
4/19/26 Two day trip for shopping and Grandson’s T-Ball game. Front desk employee was very nice at check in, upgraded our room to a suite and waived the credit card fee. Room was very clean and spacious with no carpet which was definitely a plus. An additional surprise was Cracker Barrel is in their parking lot. Look forward to staying there again on our next shopping trip.
Damn good place DAMN GOOD!
