I asked for 2 extra sheets cause the ones that where already on the bed had stains on them.The rude guy at front desk mentioned they can’t give out any sheets till the next day.What type of s…is this and I’m paying my damn money.Oh not to mention that was the second room I switched too.The first one wasn’t cleaned as expected socks and trash under the bed.

Hotel is horrible manager lied in my face and told me to come back at 3 when it was check in time because I was having a rough day and didn’t pay attention to the check in date and said he would be able to help me at 3 when it was check in time I arrived at 2:34 going into 2:48 and he had a customer in front of me and when he was done with him going to tell me he can’t help me and he wasn’t changing the date for that day and I ask well why did you tell me to come back at check in time all he could muster up is well I sold th... read more

Gave my deposit to someone who turned in my keys???? Is that legal? I checked in only and the desk have my money to someone just because they turned in keycard...

Very friendly employees, room was clean and comfortable, service provided was good and location was in a good place close to restaurants etc..
