When they were checking me in I asked if there was an elevator and they said no. So I said I cannot bring all my bags up the stairs I said this several times (I had 2 bags that are 50 pounds one that’s 35 and a large backpack) and asked if there were any available rooms on the bottom floor, and I don’t know if I just misunderstood him but I thought he said there was one where I would only have to do a few stairs and I said okay thats fine.
