Fast easy check-in. Booked on the phone, John was great. Dina at the front desk did a fantastic job. Fast and professional. They were flexible with the deposit payment method unlike Radisson who kept my $97 card payment and I didn't get to stay and would not accept a cash deposit which I had at check in time. I've stayed at Extended Stay 3 times recently and Econolodge is by far, nicer than all 3. Property is kept up and clean as is the room. I tell you what, pretty impressed on how well they keep the property clean. Room was decently clean as well. No old Smokey smell, no burns in the sheets or curtains. And no riff-raff running around. You could do a lot worse especially for the price. Very pleased with my stay. And as for the review below me. I have lived in the area for 30 years. This place has never been referred to as a “roach motel”. I can show you a roach motel down the road. This for sure is not one of them.

The older man at the desk was down right NASTY, RUDE and HATEFUL!!! The floor was extremely FILTHY!!! It didn’t look like it had ever been mopped! You could hear critters in the walls at night. The gal that cleaned the room didn’t understand or speak English. The breakfast was a joke, packaged rolls that weren’t even fresh, cereal, juice and coffee with a sign “do not take food out.” Overpriced too!!!
