I am very pleased and very happy with how I have been treated at Econo Lodge with respect the staff has been very respectful especially la Tonya that works at the front desk and has checked me in and my kids has treated us great and has been very professional and courteous and respectful has supplied us with everything we needed in the room and her housekeeping services excellent

1. Pillows killed my neck, I couldn’t sleep 2. They didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner 3. The water they had at the desk for sale only took cash

HORRIBLE - The company I work for frequently reserves hotel rooms for our techs while they are out of town on a job. This is where we booked and at 1130 our exhausted technician sent pictures of roaches everywhere, crawling on walls, in bathtub. The bed itself was visibly dirty and did not have a fitted sheet on the bed. When checking in the lady at the desk was EXTREMELY rude and informed my tech that the desk is only staffed until 9pm. Husband is a truckdriver...he found cockroaches in his room!!! Will not stay there ever again!!!
