We came in a tractor trailer and uhaul, we parked on the side of hotel, where we were told on phone prior to arrival. Once in the lobby we were told to move and park tractor across the main road in another hotels parking lot, and park uhaul in a certain place on our hotels property, which we did. Then we get to our room, a knock on our door, we had to move the uhaul to a different spot. But yet both days we were here the same spot we had tractor in was used by our hotel guests. Got lock out of the room for over an hour. The key card quit working. They said they do automatically during the night even though check out is not till 11

Internet did not work in my room. I had to upgrade my phone plan to a $70 plan just to have access to the internet because my children were with me They said we can come sit in the lobby to use the internet after paying 102 per night There was no compassion no sympathy and no one tried to make it right for us I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE THEY DONT RESPECT YOUR MONEY

Don't come in. There is nothing how it looks in the pics My room is no smoking room As soon I opened the door the room smell so bad,the floor is literally peeling and moving, the bed sheets aren't clean. And the door lock barely lock the door. Motel 6 is better than this.
