Great location, nice rooms. Affordable.
rooms are a bit tired. water pressure is not the greatest. Our room hadn't been cleaned properly. (claimed they had a power cut, there were fruit pips spat all over the floor). we were moved to a new room which was much better and the staff was apologetic. the new room had ants going into the kitchenette in the morning.🤦 will say it's walking distance to town and there was plenty of free parking. we may have just been unlucky??? the family room was a generous size.
Booking this was an accident and turned out to be a nightmare. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Someone tried to open my door at 1am, then there was banging on the door, shouting from next door and car lights coming through the "blockout" blinds till 2am. I was forced to leave after 1 night of no sleep and booked a hotel for the second night. They assured me they would provide a refund and that all I needed to do was speak to booking.com and when they booking.com got in contact with them, they would ... read more
