Its an older hotel. Good for an overnight stay. Our 1st. Room had an unmade bed so they gave us another room. Extra for a bottom floor room.
I stayed here three years ago and recently discovered an unauthorized charge from this hotel on my account. I called, but they couldn’t find anything on their end. Be sure to check the card you had on file—they may be using it for unauthorized charges.
Found bedbugs, enough said. The receptionist was understanding and helpful, but I will not stay there.
The staff was great and friendly. The rooms were nice. The location is bad. It's on the corner of a busy intersection and across the road from the train tracks. People were hanging around all night and smoking pot right outside our room.
got stranded in dalhart when trying to go on vacation from lubbock tx to colorado because car broke and needed to stay overnight in the shop. they said this hotel doesn’t allow anybody from texas to stay in the hotel. the front desk lady also said she refused to show me where that is a policy anywhere in writing
