i was placed in the hotel and was moved to 4 different rooms due to the bedbug and roach infestation. when i told the front desk about the bugs they were mad because they had to move me to another room. they had an attitude about having to mop and service my room after 4 months. the whole time i was there for 4 months i seen nothing but crackheads coming in and out. the workers do nothing but sit in their car and get high then get mad when someone needs to be assisted at the front desk. there were bedugs under the mattresses... read more

Great service and a very romantic place. I will come back. They are really looking after you over there.|We had a wonderful time.|I think the place is not enough well known.|It’s got to change because this hotel is worth being full all through the year

I liked this hotel for the two days I was there. The people at the desk are good about getting you towels and stuff. I enjoyed the very small pool as well. Lol.

The FIVES are a LIE! Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting... * Common areas inundated with weed smell. * All ice machines did not work. Had to go to desk to ask for ice that was retrieved from a private employee room. WTH? * Grungy feeling in hallways with stained carpeting. * First room - toilet did not flush. * Second room - smelled like an Indian restaurant that had just been shut down by the Health Department... * Everything except the bedding was filthy ~ Feces on toilet / Floor in room was sticky / Bathroom floor was ful... read more
