Horrible rooms. Outdated, dirty, unsafe feeling. The front desk lady was nice enough to put us in another room after our first had not been cleaned, toilet dirty, and smoke alarm been tampered with.

I'd stay again. The room I stayed in definitely needs a new floor. Other than that no complaints.

I researched rooms for a Bills game for over five hours, I wanted clean, cheap and close to the stadium. After reading reviews I landed here and hoped for the best. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room excluding the floor. Bathroom clean and sheets clean. The floor appeared clean but my feet were black with dirt from not wearing shoes, definitely needed a good mop. Had to leave. Reeked of smoke in non smoking room, dirty floors - burned eyes and sinuses. Staff very kind but facilities are poor. Tub floor sank and crackled when entering. Left with no refund after one night of three paid. That bad.
