Room still had trash in it from who knows how long cable didn't work most of the lights dont work internet was very poor in my room had to use my phones hot spot to watch anything. Trash in the stair wells and a bag over the smoke alarm. Keys kept not working so a long walk back to the front desk to get them fixed room smelled of mildew would rather sleep on the streets or in my car then at this hotel. It’s ideal location off the freeway near businesses . The con is the photos on site is not the condition. Check in was 3pm and stood in line 35 minutes . Renovations are not what a real do over. I had to sleep in car until management came the next morning to get refund. Anytime a room is freezing it’s hiding odors and bugs. Grandson notice bugs crawling on walls and floors than later in bed. I just left this place. I walked in the lobby to get a room and literally stood at the front counter for 35 minutes while the person behind the desk talked to another customer. No one greeted me. No one said we’ll be right with you sir… Nothing! Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life

Terrible room condition. Idc about having humble furniture. For the price it's not bad. But the condition of the room is vital. This one was disgusting.

You may want to sleep in your car. The rooms are a disaster. My first surprise was there was no hot water. There was an electric outlet hanging out of the wall. No one was really interested when I reported it. The TV died 5 times on a 3-day stay. There were 4 maintenance folks who tried to repair it. The last one got it working for the last 6-8 hours before I checked out. I could go on for another 5 paragraphs. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
