Definitely going to be the place I stay again when visiting Mackay. Rooms would have to be the cleanest room I have stayed in. Check in was easy & staff very helpful & polite. Best night sleep.

Very Clean rooms and friendly staff.
While the firm beds were supportive the comfort level of snuggliness of the mattress topper left a lot to be desired. The top of the mattress was too hard to have comfortable sleep. The room was easy to move and function in - although a sofa or lounge chair of some sort would have been good instead of just upright in kitchen chair or reclined on bed. Location was perfect. Nice quiet area. Welcoming
