I am from Texas. I checked out. I ask and received my print out with my balance at 0.00 owed. I was driving and received a call stating that an item was missing, in reference to mat. I never had a shower mat and was charged 20.00, for it. I talked to the owner or manager and he stated that housekeeping checked the room and it was missing. Amenities were not provided.
