Friendly Staff and Comfortable Stay! We had a great stay at the Park Inn by Radisson in Ortonville. The hotel was comfortable and a convenient place to stop during our travels, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their positive attitude made us feel right at home and added to our overall experience. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and the team here did a wonderful job. Super clean rooms. Coffee and juice available all day!
The rooms have clearly been remodeled and were clean. The breakfast attendant on a busy Tuesday morning was not refilling items as needed and by 6:40, there was one piece of bacon and a small scoop of eggs left and the bread/croissant options were minimal. I also was disappointed that when I arrived the ice machine sign said it was down for 24 hours- 24 hours later there was no change in status and the response from the gal at the desk was I could go buy some… and put it in what freezer?!
