Great location, great staff.
Very nice people, but the rooms don’t match the hospitality. Rooms are extremely under cared for, and minor things forgotten like toilet paper. I’ve had an extremely long trip and having to get out of my way to get comfortable at a spot I paid for is kinda crazy.
We arriving at night without previous reservations and Fatima helps us to accommodate. Excellent customer service, clean rooms, outdoors areas very clean too. Convenient location: 12 min to the downtown and you can find food options in walking distance. We really recommended.
