When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was eating fried chicken and took our passports with greasy hands. After that, we walked down the hallway and found food scattered all over the floor. The room was filthy, with blood stains, cockroaches, and worms. This establishment should be shut down because it is a serious health and safety hazard. And we ask for a refund and they don’t want to give us after a lot of phone calls. Stay away at all costs.

This is a nasty place. 🚨There are roaches🚨 In the morning our entire room reeked of weed. I stay at plenty of budget hotels. I get its not going to be great, and this is pretty bad. 🫩 Stayed here because the location to Busch Gardens. Room was around $50, and I guess that doesn't include a clean room. If you can, $70 Go to the LaQuinta. (We normally go there and wanted to save some money ) We stayed on the second floor. We checked in late at 10 pm so there was plenty of time to clean beforehand... I could not believe how inaccurate the photos and reviews on booking.com was. I paid $80 for one night and while its very near busch gardens, id rather pay more to not sleep with a roach infested room. It was disgusting. Everything was stained. Mirrors not even wiped down. Hair in the bath tub. Should be considered a health hazard with how poorly maintained this was. Do yourself a favor, dont book here.

Me and My Cousins Came Down From Jacksonville. They room was nasty it made my skin crawl floor wasn’t clean, bed had hair and dried up blank on it I would never stay here ever again
