Manager was very helpful and accommodating. Other staff members were polite as well.
The booking isn’t the problem at all but the hotel was disguising customer service sucks the lady with the brown wig and glasses was rude and disrespectful and the room was infested with bugs 🪳 and my room was nonsmoking I seen burn marks in the bed sheets and cigarettes buds on floor behind and under the beds it was horrible never again I don’t recommend .
Hands down, one of the worst hotels ever. The structure is falling apart. The hallway looked unclean and moldy. A/C unit it self is rusted inside. 🤢🤮 Stagnant water is very hazardous. Overall, this hotel is a health hazard. PLEASE don’t waste your money. Stay at reasonable hotels for a little extra cost.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We checked in and checked right back out within 20 mins. Ant beds in the tub, spiders under the mattress, pee stains on the sheets, mold in bathroom, walls crumbled onto the floor in some spots, microwave gross and missing the plate, no lightbulb in lamps. RUN far and do not book!!
