Horrible hotel. Upon arrival the front desk area looks dirty. When checking into my room I wasn’t greeted zero customer service skills. Then when we went into our room there was a huge cockroach. There was a horrible odor in the room. The ac unit in the room does not blow out cold air. The room is hot and stuffy. The pool was absolutely disgusting. I will never stay here again absolutely horrendous.

Al llegar encontramos un calcetín en el baño y demasiados insectos: cucarachas, arañas y demás. No tiene desayuno y mantiene varias áreas cerradas, dando la impresión de que están condenadas. Room number 205. I wouldn't say the room is luxurious, but the price isn't exorbitant either – 78 dollars. The room was warm and clean, the bathroom and toilet were also clean. The furniture, lamps, and beds are old, but that didn't prevent us from having a good rest. There were no cockroaches or bedbugs, which alone deserves 5 stars. DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely horrible. I thought I was getting a cheap place close to Busch Gardens, and by location, that is technically correct. When I walked into the room, there were literally roaches scurrying away- not the big palmetto bugs but the little ones that really mean you're infested. A blanket on top of the bed had an obvious cigarette burn hole on it, so did the bathroom sink counter.
