Handicap accommodations are atrocious for the shower in our room. The shower head consisted of a 40 year old hand held that was duck taped in place. Sitting chair looks like a curbside salvation piece. Not sure they've invested any money in to this property in awhile. They refused to add our Choice members to the stay.

We have frequented this hotel many times, but will never come back. The first room we were assigned to had a stain all the way through all the bedding on one bed & the dust on the heardboard was so thick you could right your name in it. We moved rooms only to discover that the bathroom had mold iin it, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling from obvious water damage from the bathroom above & the kleenex box was empty. Also, they have a pool, but there was no water in it!!

The location is great if you are staying local to El Paso. Let's address the issues 1. The outside is not kept up. The weeds were rampant and it is obvious it is not maintained. 2. The service is lacking. You have to call someone to come to the front desk to check you in. Do not think about checking in early or it is a fee increase. 3. There are no amenities. Our latest stay here was disappointing. The tissue box was empty, the pillows looked unwashed, the coffee pot did not seem to work, the room was somewhat dusty and the television was not set up to watch programming. The rear exit door did not lock.
