We travel throughout the US transporting boats and this is another hidden gem! Very friendly rooms are adequate and clean we couldn't be happier! When in the area we will stay here again!
This is my second stay and both times the rooms have been very clean. The rooms are spacious. The hotel is in a great location. The area is quiet and I felt very safe staying there alone. The owners are so nice, they just make the experience better!
I stayed here shortly after a hurricane came through the area, and many people were displaced. It was one of the few hotels in the area that had availability, probably because they were charging $300+ a night for rooms that are normally around $65. They got my $300 that time out of necessity, but I disagree with taking advantage of a situation like that, and I will never stay here again because of it. I recommend the comfort inn down the street.
Very pleasant experience each time I have stayed here. Very clean and well maintained. The staff are always kind and welcoming. Definitely appreciate a friendly, familiar, smiling face when staying out of town.
