We rented the room the night prior for a concert. We checked in our room that night. That morning we got up I would say around 7:00 I had to go and talk to the man in the front office. Our water came out a doo doo brown color. Not only was we not offered reimbursement We were not even offered any type of compensation. MY CAR WAS HIT IN THE PARKING LOT! Called to get footage info and she said the quality of the footage was SO BAD “couldn’t even see if there was a car even there” ! So basically anyone could walk up into the parking lot, harm you , Steal from you or in my case bang up your car AND NOTHING WOULD BE DONE ABOUT IT! Also, I told her I would be leaving a review to which she said “you can do whatever you feel like you need to do….”

The room was really dirty, the room was dirty, the linen was not washed, it was really disgusting, I couldn't sleep, the air conditioning was broken, it was hot inside. I was in room 111, I paid $143, I would rather sleep in my car. Honestly, I don't recommend anyone to go to this place.
