It was a great place up until they committed a flagrant violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. They told us we would have to move to an upstairs room because they're renovating. My mother can't handle stairs because of her heart disease and arthritis, and there is no elevator. They offered us a smoking room on the first floor, but that doesn't work because the poor air quality in those rooms aggravates her COPD. Internet password doesn’t work in the room. Light over bath sink doesn’t work. Went to check out at ten and no one at the front desk. Seems strange on a morning to not be staffed.

This place is the worst! Room was dirty, sheets, unclean. I brought my own. Cob webs on ceiling. Mold in bathroom. I checked out early and they tried to charge my card for the night I didn't stay. The front desk employees are rude and no help. When I mentioned the condition of the room they didn't care. They told me the cleaning people was on vacation and wouldn't be back. Very disappointed.
