Customer service was kind and professional.
It's a good hotel, but the exterior cleaning services are a pain. They're mowing the yard at 8:00 pm. We see people resting, and the machine they have is very noisy... they have no respect for the rest of their guests...
Two nights ago, I stayed at the Burlington Econo Lodge for the first and last time. As I was laying in bed asleep, at 11:20 pm, some other random hotel guest walked into my room and turned on the light. I jumped up and yelled “get out.” He mumbled something about being given this room, and I said, “too bad, I’m here first, get out.” I’m sure this other guest was almost as upset about the situation as I.
