On 6-1/2023 I called Econo lodge in Scottbluff Nebraska. Explained I’m getting a room for my sister and paying for it. I was assured I could do that she just needs her ID. Perfect. She left the hospital checked in and called me at 630 the next morning crying 6-2-2023, because this hotel took money out of her account. Over drafted her. I cannot find the name of the owner of this Econo Lodge. He won't return my calls or answer emails. I am trying to get credit or refund for bogus charges of $359.24 for 4 nights stay on June 9, 2022. Because of a disability problem I did not stay there at all. I checked with the ****************** in NE. He has no business license in NE under any of the names associated with this hotel.
