You get what you pay for…staff was short on the phone when asking about the property before I booked period. roaches in the room, the tissues stained from a dark liquids (through out the left over box), blood stains in the sheets( looks washed but not bleached), long dark hair in the folded “clean” towels, tea/ hair shavings left on the bathroom counter. Probably the worst hotel we sleep in during our usa roadtrip, we were in room 256, when i woke up this morning i opened the Light inside the bathroom and i see cockroach running i kill one and bring it to the front dest to have a refund and the manager said she canot do nothing for us because we reserve on Expedia, make us wait an hour and a half to tell us that, probably the reason why there were only 6 cars in the parking this morning please dont go there manager have no respect for costumer and no breakfast available
