Little can be said positive about this hotel. The rooms are in abysmal condition. There was a single person on staff in the entire hotel. I had a reservation and I had indicated that I will arrive late. There was a line at the desk, nobody was attending, nobody could be found anywhere. I was told to wait 30 minutes when the single employee on the premises finally appeared. Another client nearly peed her pants waiting on a room-there was no bathroom available in the lobby. I have a lot to say about this place, and it's all bad. this place needs closed down dirty rooms, and ample pictures for proof. No compensation when leaving early because my daughter woke up with a swollen eye from the sheets (shes 2). There was literally period blood on the towels and pubes in the shower. Water was freezing!!! DO NOT STAY HERE WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. the front desk lady tried to make us pay a $50 deposit and said it wouldn't be back to us for 3 or 4 WEEKS not days??!!!!!. Extremely pet friendly. Love that there's a dog park across the parking lot One of the best days I have ever stayed at a hotel. Even though there's no breakfast or coffee. It is in the process of being fixed up They are turning this place around for the better.
We were visiting for the weekend. Services promised by the hotel but not supplied (pretty basic things): hot water (no hot water for our entire stay), cleaning (the place was quite dirty and they did not supply daily room cleaning), functional toilet (the toilet did not flush), swimming pool (the pool was out of order), TV channels (none working), breakfast coffee bar (non existent), security (front door open/unlocked 24/7 with no one at desk/in lobby, no-one answering their phone), laundry machines (out of order).
