Front desk staff was fantastic and friendly. Cleaning staff needs some serious upgrade. The entire property was a mess, inside and out. Found mold in bathroom and property had a lot of garbage on it. Won't be attending here again and this place should be closed.
I have seen worse, But honestly it's still a Dive How much will it cost to slap some fresh paint and vacuum the carpet better
The look of the interior was bad. Carpet stains everywhere. Terrible smell throughout the entire hotel. Water stains on the ceilings.
This place should be condemned, filthy carpets the,odor... was unbelievable coming up the stairs.Old and creepy....nothing like the pictures.The entrance was the only thing that looked ok but the flies greeted us at the font lobby..and it was all downhill from there! Spend a few extra $$$$ and enjoy your stay somewhere else..The beds mattresses must be 50 years old..pillows were like cushions..Cheap cushions.I don't have 1 positive thing to save about this place
My friend came to Orillia for a week, for business & was woken up 2 nights in a row from the crackheads that were staying there. Never mind that, he got eaten alive from bedbugs. He left to go stay at another hotel. The staff was very apologetic, but not surprised. This has got to be the dirtiest, disgusting hotel in Orillia! Please ppl stay somewhere else, it’s not worth the bite. 🤣🤣
