Please shut this company down. We could use it for the homeless. No one should be paying for this.
My partner and I booked a week here via Trivago with my son and dog... Within 2 hours of being here, my partners brother and her son came by for a brief visit to see her while she was in town... We were rudely told we had to vacate the room because of a "no visitors policy", the staff were incredibly rude and tyrannical, and this place should be closed down! No wonder it has such a low rating, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!
THERE ARE STILL BED BUGS HERE I called ahead after seeing all the reviews about bugs being found and they told me that they were in the clear and that they had a treatment last week "just in case", we were there not 3 hours before this little guy in the video crawled up on the bed looking for a snack. Imagine paying money to bring an infestation home with you. We got a full refund and left immediately but looking for another hotel / motel at 1-3am is absolute hell. Truly horrible! I found mold in my room and reported it to the staff and they offered to switch my room so i accept only for them to place me in another room which ALSO has mold but the door lock doesn’t work and neither does the deadbolt and they where AWARE of it as when i reported that they said the same thing. If I were by myself I would have been mostly fine with this but i have a toddler with me who LOVES to crawl around and (weirdly) lick the floors so this was quite disappointing.
