Hallways and room smelled like cat piss. Breakfast is bread/bagel and ok or coffee. Room is quickly clean. Dust/mold is visible
The room was not clean . Didn't look nothing like the advertisement . Had to clean the shower . Floors weren't vacumed.microwave fridge bathroom dresser drawers dirty . Crumbs all over the place in drawers .floors in washroom not cleaned or mopped . Only one garbage can in the bathroom nothing in the main area . No ice bucket . Heater filled with dust .couch all ripped up . Microwave cord broken safety hazard. Straight up DIRTY FILTHY !!
Box springs are filthy i was afraid to look at the mattress. Cigarette burns in the bedding and the bathtub. Metal hanging out from under the bed caused my husband to hurt his ankle. Bed sunk in on one side. Complimentary breakfast was toast, bagels, coffee, tea, and oj... but the staff was friendly and location was perfect for our trip.
DO NOT STAY IN THIS LOCATION. We decided to stay here b/c of our dog and see a show at rama. No one at the front desk to greet you as the person is also responsible for cleaning the rooms. The room is disgusting. All brown stains from the lampshades which some are not even working as it has no power or lightbulb. Bed was so old it has stains all over the bottom and hardly have any spring left it was so soft. Not sure even if the sheets were changed. We watched the show and came back after to leave. This place is the worst hotel I have ever seen. DO NOT STAY HERE.
