The room must've been above 80 degrees and the air conditioning didn't work. Window was covered with painters plastic so we couldnt get fresh air in.
Horrible check in experience. Average room in need of some repairs. Average breakfast. Totally trashed hot tub area. Horrible check out experience.
Great help from front desk
They were very helpful in switching my room last minute despite being full and they were super understanding about a mishap with my dogs.
