Great help from front desk
They were very helpful in switching my room last minute despite being full and they were super understanding about a mishap with my dogs.
We very much enjoyed staying here on our road trip out west. It was more affordable staying here than in Crested Butte, a short drive away. But it was very clean, comfortable beds, and the breakfast was very good. We would stay here again!
In an emergency bail out from our camping trip on Cinnamon Pass due to the heavy smoke from the Gold Mountain fire, Quality Inn came in super clutch. I called them at almost 11pm to see if they had any availability. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodated us at a little after midnight. The price was right, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good for the basics. It was perfect for our situation. We will be back!
