Rooms we not clean and manager not helpful did not stay
I booked a stay at this hotel but was unfortunately unable to make my reservation because of the unexpected passing of a family member. I called first thing in the morning to explain the situation and asked if they could make an exception and issue a refund. My request was completely denied, and I was simply told that their policy is no refunds. I understand that hotels have policies, but I was hoping for a little compassion during such a difficult time.
