I booked 2 rooms for April 7th and 8th, 2024, 8 months in advance (August 2023), to view the solar eclipse. When I called Saturday April 6th to verify the reservation, the hotel manager informed me that I only had one room for two nights and in addition, the price was increased. He was extremely belligerent, defensive and rude and was literally cussing at me over the phone. I prepaid for 2 nights in order to attend my mom's funeral. When we went to the room and opened the door it swelled badly. There was blood and a bandaid on the wall. My daughter pulled back the sheets and bugs scurried away. We were in the room for less than 5 minutes and went back to the office to get a refund. ****** the clerk asked my daughter, what do you expect? You got what you paid for. He wouldn't give a refund.
