Call hotel number listed to be assisted with reservation change, got routed to call center and predatorily booked the new date, then told they can't' do anything about original booking. after calling hotel front desk, told can't the new booking also cannot be cancelled. hotel umber auto routes to predatory 3rd party website. will be reporting to BBB
It okay place to stay for the price. We just needed a cheap place to stay for the night. We did have to wait about 40 minutes on our room. To be fair our check in time was 3 pm we got here early about 2:30. But we did not get into our room until 3:40 pm. The maid was still cleaning. The room was old and the shower knob leaked. But as for the area fast food was real close. it was quiet while we stayed. I am okay place for a one night stay
Room smelled like cigarette smoke when we walked in. Maid tried to blame me. I don't smoke!!
