I booked a reservation for a contest that I wanted to go to but when I booked it they immediately took my money and when I tried to get it back no one answered my phone. I work at a hotel and one of the main things we must make sure to do is answer that phone. It’s extremely unprofessional to have a hotel with no front desk person answering the phone. And then to charge me on the spot that’s ridiculous I cannot handle this amount of unprofessionalism don’t book a reservation here.
